Seungho Rhee joined Striker Capital Management in October 2020 as a Director. Prior to joining Striker Capital Management, Mr. Rhee worked as a Manager in the Investment Banking Division at Yuanta Securities Korea Co., Ltd focusing on acquisition financing and M&A Advisory. Mr. Rhee received a BS in Finance from SUNY Binghamton.

Taekyoung Rhee is a Chief Executive Officer of Striker Capital Management. Prior to Striker Capital Management, Mr. Rhee worked at the PEF team of Midas Asset Management and worked as a research analyst at Hyundai Securities and Kiwoom Securities. Mr. Rhee was once named the Wall Street Journal's Best Asian Analyst. Mr. Rhee received a BA in Business Administration from Seoul National University.

Taekyoung Rhee

Mr. Soh, prior to joining Striker Capital Management, worked at Hyundai Securities and Hana Finance & Investment Company as an executive managing director, Head of Investment Banking Group. He has played a key role in making various M&A transactions and in launching several private equity funds. He holds a B.A. from the Seoul National University in Economics and trained at Arthur D. Little in Boston. He also holds an MBA degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Byungwoon Soh

Prior to joining Striker Capital Management, Mr. Chung has a distinguished career as a lawyer in the U.S. and Korea, a senior government official in the U.S. government, a quasi-official role as the Head of Invest KOREA in the Republic of Korea, and as a trusted advisor to many businesses. In recognition of his achievements, Mr. Chung was appointed as an Honorary Ambassador of Foreign Investment Promotion for the Republic of Korea in April 2021. Mr. Chung started practicing law in Los Angles, California in 1984 and went on to establishing a law firm in 1986 with John Lim as his partner, and that law firm is now known as LimNexus. Mr. Chung left the law firm to join the Clinton Administration as a presidential appointee at the International Trade Administration, Department of Commerce, for 7 years. Mr. Chung served as the Director of the Advocacy Center for 5 years, advocating the interests of the U.S. businesses around the world and helping them win orders in excess of $100 billion over those 5 years. In 2006 he was appointed as the Head of Invest KOREA, overseeing the inbound foreign direct investment for 4 years, and bringing over $ 10 billion in FDI per year. At the end of 2009 Mr. Chung participated as a member of the Presidential task force to win the nuclear power plant order from the UAE. Mr. Chung practiced law as a senior foreign counsel at Yulchon LLC, one of the largest full-service law firms in Korea for 13 years until the end of 2021, focusing on corporate law, international trade and investment, and cross border dispute resolution. Mr. Chung received BA in sociology from Harvard University with honors. Mr. Chung received a MA in public administration from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs from Princeton University, and a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 1984.

Tong Soo Chung

Prior to joining Striker Capital Management, Mr. Jeong worked at Hanssem China Group as Vice Chairman and at Hanssem (China) Investment Co., Ltd as CEO. Prior to that, Mr. Jeong served as the CEO of Mirae Asset (Shanghai) Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. and Managing Director of Mirae Asset Securities Co., Ltd. Prior to that, Mr. Jeong was a foreign law consultant with King & Wood which is one of the top law firms in China. Before he joined King & Wood, Mr. Jeong had practiced at Sojong Partners, a Korean law firm. Mr. Jeong is admitted to the Korea Bar in 2000. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) in 1994 and Master of Laws (LL.M) in 2005, both from Seoul National University. In addition, Mr. Jeong studied in Fudan University in Law doctoral course in China and attended a training program at the Law School of Columbia University (New York) in 2002. Mr. Jeong obtained his qualification of managing real estate project from Ministry of Construction and Transportation of ROK, and currently is a member of the legal committee.

Sanghoon Jeong

Partner, Head of Global Business
Prior to joining Striker Capital Management, Mr. Lee worked at Deloitte Anjin LLC as CEO for 15 years. During his 36 years professional, Mr. Lee had served for the Korean government as a member of Public Fund Oversight Committee and the Bank Evaluation Committee of Financial Services Commission. He was also a frequent commentor of M&A matters at public news. Mr. Lee won a Silver Tower Order of Industrial Service Merit in 2011. Mr. Lee received his BA in business administration from Busan National University and received MA in business administration from Seoul National University.

Jaesool Lee

Senior Advisor
Yohan Song is a Senior Managing Director of Striker Capital Management. Prior to joining Striker Capital Management, Mr. Song worked at the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy for 20 years. Mr. Song is an expert in overseas investment in Asia. Mr. Song received a BA in Business Administration from Seoul National University and received a MA in Energy and Environmental policy from the University of Delaware.
